Thundermist Health Center of West Warwick

Thundermist offers medical, dental and behavioral health care. During COVID-19 our medical facility is currently open to non-sick patients. If you are sick with flu-like symptoms, please call us before coming in. This includes fever, cough, shortness of breath, sneezing, sore throat, or stomach problems.

You can receive medical and behavioral health care from home. We can care for you with telephone (audio only) or virtual (video and audio) visits for most medical and behavioral health needs. If you have a visit scheduled, we will be in touch about the best way for us to care for you. If you need care, please send us a message on the patient portal or call us at (401) 767-4100.

We will help all members of the community with dental emergencies. Please call (401) 767-4161 if you have an urgent need.

The patient portal is available for patients under age 12 and patients 18 and over. This is the easiest way to coordinate care at Thundermist right now. If you need help signing up or using the portal, call the Portal Hotline at (401) 424-9308 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Convenient Care, our walk-in service, remains open for all community members. We can help with things such as tick bites, pregnancy tests, STI or HIV testing, minor injuries, UTIs, etc. If you are not sure if your issue is appropriate for Convenient Care, just give us a call at (401) 767-4100 to check.

Family planning services: We provide birth control to all members of the community. If you need birth control or emergency birth control, please call us at (401) 767-4100.
